The origins of Denmark House, Long Melford date back as far as 1441 and it has undergone many changes over the centuries. It is situated in the centre of the village within easy walking distance of several pubs and a variety of excellent restaurants, antique centres and shops. It is west of the A134 and about 8 minutes drive from Lavenham, 10 minutes from Sudbury and 25 minutes from Bury St Edmunds. The nearest railway station is Sudbury, Suffolk and there are bus stops nearby.

Bedrooms are ensuite and are attractively furnished.
Tea and coffee making facilities, colour TV with DVD, and hair dryer are available in both rooms.
Traditional English breakfast is served between 8 and 9am in the Dining Room which is also a Guest Sitting Room.
We are a non-smoking establishment but smoking is allowed in the garden.
There is ample undercover space for bicycles.
